PRINTER EPSON & EPICOR

Hi, saya Shiera dari branch JB.

Printer EPSON
Saya menghadapi masalah printer EPSON di mana bila print, kertas tidak keluar. Selepas saya restart PC, printer boleh digunakan semula seperti biasa tetapi hanya untuk sementara waktu sebelum masalah yang sama berulang kembali.
EPICOR
EPICOR saya juga kerap offline. Kadang-kadang colleague lain tiada masalah, tetapi di PC saya EPICOR jadi offline. Apabila EPICOR offline, printer EPSON juga tidak boleh digunakan. Selepas line kembali normal, saya perlu restart atau shut down PC terlebih dahulu sebelum boleh menggunakan EPICOR dan printer seperti biasa.

I would like to ask, are you using WiFi or Ethernet to connect to the internet?

Hi Shiera,

Based on the issue description, it might be related to the network/port connection issue at JB branch, especially since both EPICOR and the EPSON printer are affected at the same time.

Kindly arrange JB branch outsource/vendor to help check the Ethernet port, network point, and connection stability on your PC. We would like to confirm whether the issue is caused by network interruption or port issue.

Also, if the video file size exceeds the limit, please compress the MP4 file using an online compressor before sharing.
