Issue raised on behalf of Ameer- Warehouse

We found several issues related to Plant configuration in the WMS portal and need assistance to investigate and resolve them.

Summary of issues:

• Currently there are 3 Plant Codes available in WMS. We would like to change the Plant Code from “MfgSys” to “UFIHQ”.

• The HQ portal should only use: “HQ – UNIQUE FIRE INDUSTRY SDN BHD (MfgSys)”. However, some records are still using “Main Site (MfgSys)”.

• There are duplicate Plant entries with the same name “Main Site”. Kindly help remove unrelated or duplicate entries and retain only “HQ – UNIQUE FIRE INDUSTRY SDN BHD (MfgSys)”.

• This issue is impacting the WMS Product Listing, where items stored under location “BIN-NON” are not appearing in the Product List.

• Please help verify whether this issue is caused by Plant Code setup or duplicate Plant configuration.

• We checked with KaihoSys and were informed that the data definition is coming from Epicor.

As this is affecting system operations and product visibility, this issue is marked as High Priority.
