Hi Sharil,
Can you provide me Engineering Drive email address for us to check?
IT Dept had check the backend you need to housekeeping and share drive. Google workspace reply one user able to share max not more 200 share files or link.
Hi Li Hui,
The current Engineering folder contains drawings and calculation files dating back to 2021. As we are unable to determine whether these project files will be required for future reference, may we create a separate shared folder and move the files from 2021 to 2023 into the new folder for archiving purposes? refer photo attached.

Hi Sahril,
later Li Hui will go to your computer to teach you how to record using sniptools. At the same time , show us in the recording of your error .
Hi Ray,
Based on the attached screenshots of the Engineering Share Folder and Product documentation shared folders, I am unable to attach the recording due to the file size limitation.
From the screenshots, I noticed that the Engineering Share Folder displays a warning indicating that only 19% of the storage capacity remains available. However, the other shared folders do not show any similar storage capacity warning.

I checked the settings and the issue is not related to the user storage limit. The warning is due to Google’s Shared Drive item limit (400,000 items). This limit cannot be increased. We will need to delete unnecessary files/folders and empty the Shared Drive Trash, as items in the Trash are still counted towards the limit. Once the Trash is cleared, the warning should disappear.
