Epicor system Issue

Good afternoon, when I login my Epicor account, the function doesn’t work well (for example: the bar/button for us to dispatch the PR or save the file is missing). I have tried other laptop (from colleague) to login, it works normal. I believe it’s my laptop issue. Appreicate your help to check and retrieve the issue. Thank you.

Since Epicor is working normally on another laptop, the issue appears to be related to the Epicor installation on your device.

 

We will proceed with reinstalling the Epicor client and verify that all functions are working properly after the installation.
