Request to Borrow a Company Laptop for JB Branch WMS Location Update
Dear IT team,
I would like to request to borrow a company laptop for my work at the JB Branch on 3–4 August 2026. The laptop is required to carry out the WMS location update during my visit.
If approved, I will collect the laptop on Friday, 31 July 2026, and return it once the work has been completed.

Hi Ameer,
Your request has been approved. We have already prepared a company laptop for you.
Please come to the IT Office to collect the laptop on 31 July 2026 (Friday). Kindly return the laptop to the IT Office after you have completed your work at the JB Branch.
