Please be informed that we have four (4) new joiners who will be reporting to HQ. Kindly assist in preparing the necessary IT setup before their respective start dates:

   Remarks: Sofi will continue to cover Charmine’s tasks as an Admin Assistant until Charmine Lee returns to work. Once Charmine returns, Sofi will officially move to her designated Supply Chain position and return the laptop to the IT Department.
2. Aina Qamarina (Counter Sales) – 28/09/2026
3. Chong Win Kie (Supply Chain) – 19/10/2026
4. Yap Kah Yee (Supply Chain) – 05/11/2026

At the same time, kindly proceed with the IT account deactivation for the following resigned staff:

1. Cassie (Accounts) – 11/09/2026
2. Kelvin Chan Kar Weng (Supply Chain) – 11/09/2026
3. Nur Sofi Anissa Binti Muhd Khair (Business Admin)-15/09/2026
