Double submission of April e invoice in LHDN portal
Customer informed that they received E invoice dd: 17/04/2026 on 28/05/2026 .
Refer to the Invoice Tracker , UUID : N76H89ADZFVARZGMDRR8YMPK10
Now when i checking on LHDN portal submited dated : 28/05/2026 for the same invoice with UUID:T1EDRBR6EXSHRMD7M7YB1QSK10

Based on Stellar checking, the second submission of the same invoice was made through another e-Invoice system (IRB) . Please stop using that system to avoid duplicate submissions in the future.
As this invoice has been submitted twice to LHDN, you will need to issue a Credit Note (CN) to LHDN for the duplicate submission.
