GoLabel Printer Not Functioning
Hi IT Team,
We would like to report an issue with the GoLabel printer.
The printer shows an error, and the indicator light turns red. After that, the printer stops working and the indicator light turns off completely.
Please assist to check and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Hi Ameer,
Thank you for reporting this issue.
We have checked the GoLabel printer and found that the problem was caused by a faulty power adapter. We have replaced it with a new power adapter, and the printer is now turned on and functioning normally.
Please test it out and let us know if you encounter any further issues.
