Missing document in Maintenance folder in the google drive
Dear Ms Hui,
Could you please assist in checking and restoring the Maintenance folder? It appears that the folder is missing from the General Drive as of this morning.
Google Drive>Shared drive>Operation Department>General Operation Report>Maintenance Dept>Rashid>
There is some document in the Rashid folder is missing.

Hi Azmir,
We have checked the Google Drive structure. Based on our understanding, folders and files in a Shared Drive will not disappear automatically. In most cases, missing folders or documents are caused by user actions such as deletion, moving, or changes made by someone with access to the Shared Drive.
As the documents are stored in a Shared Drive, any member with the appropriate permissions may have accidentally moved or deleted the folder/files.
