IT Support Report – PC & Monitor Sudden Shutdown

Hi IT Team,

I would like to report that my PC and monitor suddenly shut down while I was using them. After the shutdown, I was unable to turn the PC and monitor back on.

Kindly assist to check and troubleshoot the issue.
