Hi IT Team,

I am experiencing an intermittent printing issue with the printer.

Sometimes, when I print the same document, the bottom part of the page is not printed completely, while other times it prints normally.

At the moment, this issue only occurs on my side. Other users do not seem to experience the same problem.

I have attached a photo for your reference, showing one page printed correctly and another with the bottom section cut off.

Could you please help check whether this is related to my PC, printer settings, or the printer itself?
