Scan to Email Issue – File Size Limitation

Hi IT Team,

We have checked with the printer vendor, and they advised that the scan issue may be due to large file size causing it to be blocked or delayed by the mail server settings.

Could you please help to check the email/mail server configuration or scan file size limit for the device/email account?

Appreciate your assistance. Please let me know if any further information is required.
