Ticket Submission for Documentation Purposes – Excel Version Inquiry

Dear IT Team,

I am raising this ticket to comply with the company process and for record purposes.

Last Monday, I contacted the IT Helpdesk to inquire about my current Microsoft Excel version. During the call, I was informed that a ticket would need to be submitted through the IT portal. After learning this, I mentioned that it was no longer necessary as I would try to locate the information myself.

Shortly afterward, the IT team responded very promptly. By that time, I had already managed to find the Excel version information on my own.

As submitting a ticket is the required process, I am creating this ticket now for proper documentation. Thank you for your assistance and understanding.
