The current Engineering folder contains drawings and calculation files dating back to 2021. As we are unable to determine whether these project files will be required for future reference, may we create a separate shared folder and move the files from 2021 to 2023 into the new folder for archiving purposes? refer photo attached.

Based on the attached screenshots of the Engineering Share Folder and Product documentation shared folders, I am unable to attach the recording due to the file size limitation.
From the screenshots, I noticed that the Engineering Share Folder displays a warning indicating that only 19% of the storage capacity remains available. However, the other shared folders do not show any similar storage capacity warning.
