Stellar has confirmed that MRP-suggested jobs will initially have a prefix such as MRP0001. However, once the job is firmed, the job number will be changed to the normal sequence (e.g., JO0005).
Under standard Epicor functionality, after a job or PO suggestion is converted/firmed, there is no way to identify whether it was originally created by MRP or manually.

Based on the issue description, it might be related to the network/port connection issue at JB branch, especially since both EPICOR and the EPSON printer are affected at the same time.
Kindly arrange JB branch outsource/vendor to help check the Ethernet port, network point, and connection stability on your PC. We would like to confirm whether the issue is caused by network interruption or port issue.
