Could you please try refreshing your Drive? In Google Drive, try pausing and then resuming the sync.

Hi Hui Xuan,

1. Can the payroll system Infotech be customized? If yes, can they do API integration? The reason we prefer API is because you will be moving to Epicor cloud in the future, API is the preferred integration method in cloud, compared to uploading excel but both can be done.
2. If you can assign GL to the “claim code” on the Claim Detail Report, then we may be able to do the journal with the data. We may also need to map the employee code back into Epicor. Will the journal also post based on employee? Like 1000-EmpA or 1000-EmpB where 1000 is the GL code and EmpA/EmpB are the employee “segments”. We prefer data to be in csv if API is not available.
3. For the Monthly payroll breakdown, may I have some sample data like how do you prepare your working report? If there is a fixed formula or algorithm, then yes we may be able to help you with it.

Overall, everything seems doable as long as we have the logic laid out properly.
