Hi Rachel,
We will update you once we receive a reply from the Stellar team.
Hi Rai,
Noted with thanks.
Hi TC,
Based on Stellar team’s feedback, it appears that Google is now enforcing App Password requirements for Gmail SMTP in phases, which may be affecting the email sending functionality.
The Stellar team is currently testing and configuring their own Gmail SMTP setup first. Once they successfully send emails programmatically, they will share the required configuration steps with us for implementation.
In the meantime, they have also provided the following Google documentation for reference:
We will update you once we receive further information from the Stellar team.
Thank you.
Hi Hui Xuan,
1. Auto-Detection of Employee Department Code
May I know how do you enter your staff claims? What kind of “journal” we have to do this? Is there any particular GL codes that you use for staff claim purpose?
2. Payroll Journal Upload Automation
We can integrate through API or Excel file. May I know if your payroll system support API? If no, do you extract the Excel manually?
For both of these requirements, could you please attach the files again? I cannot see any file from my end.
Hi TC,
May I know the user ID?
Hi Sahril,
I checked the settings and the issue is not related to the user storage limit. The warning is due to Google’s Shared Drive item limit (400,000 items). This limit cannot be increased. We will need to delete unnecessary files/folders and empty the Shared Drive Trash, as items in the Trash are still counted towards the limit. Once the Trash is cleared, the warning should disappear.
Hi Lip Yip,
Noted, thanks.
Hi Hui Xuan,
We will update you as soon as possible, and we will raise ticket by now.
Hi Rai,
Noted, Thank you.
Hi Charmine,
For jobs, you can differentiate between MRP-generated jobs and manually created jobs by using different prefixes. As long as manually created jobs do not use the same prefix configured in the Company Settings (e.g., Firm Job: JO, Unfirm Job: MRP), you will be able to identify the source of the job.
For example, when you see a job number with the prefix MRP, it indicates that the job was generated by MRP. A job number with the prefix JO indicates a firm job created through the standard process.
Hi Charmine,
The Stellar team is able to customize the system by adding an additional UD field in the Purchase Order Entry screen. When a Purchase Order is created from a PO suggestion generated by MRP, the field will automatically display “MRP”.
Please find the attached document for your reference.
I have checked and tried to locate the Notepad data, but it cannot be found. I have also attempted to recover the file, however the data is still not retrievable.
Thank you.
